The first day
According to the Jewish calendar every day begins at dusk, and it is just at dusk on the 12th of March , at 6 pm Dublin time, that my first day of the Coronavirus emergency started.
I knew what was going on in China and I was sad and worried for what was happening in Italy, but the decision of the Irish Prime Minister to close the schools was sealing the presence of Coronavirus in Ireland.
It was already dusk.
At the break of dawn it was morning again.
But this was a different morning; my young ladies and I didn’t leave our house to live a new day, we stayed at home and looked out of our window to see the world passing by
